I am a freelance music journalist and Managing Editor for ‘Sup Magazine, a quarterly independent music magazine. I started writing at a young age, and after being enticed with the likes of The Babysitter’s Club and Sweet Valley High, set out to become a YA author - a plan that drastically backfired when I discovered the Sex Pistols at 15. Nowadays, things I love include electro pop, pies, dudes, Dorothy Parker, Spaced, Goldfrapp, alcohol, ridiculous sunglasses and Hanes one-color T-shirts (size L). I wrote my first article for FU about “blipster”, a slang term coined by the New York Times, because it is the biggest crock of bullshit ever.
